Monisha graduated from Matthew Flinders Anglican College in 2024, achieving her QCE with an outstanding ATAR before progressing directly into the Bond University medical program. She is currently studying the Bachelor of Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine (BMedSt/MD) and is now in her second year of medicine.
Having recently navigated the medical school admissions process herself, Monisha brings valuable firsthand experience with the UCAT, medical interviews, psychometric testing and the transition from high school into university medicine.
Alongside her medical studies, Monisha has experience tutoring and mentoring students across a range of academic levels, developing a supportive and approachable teaching style that encourages students to feel confident asking questions and engaging with challenging concepts.
Monisha understands both the academic pressures and personal challenges students may face throughout the admissions journey and is passionate about helping them approach the process with confidence, clarity and a positive mindset. She excels at simplifying complex ideas into manageable steps and tailoring her teaching approach to suit each student’s individual strengths, learning style and goals. She is passionate about supporting aspiring medical students not only academically, but also by helping them believe in their own potential.
As well as providing medical interview coaching, Monisha also assists NIE Careers with presenting and mentoring students at the Future Doctors Australia programs.
