#  UCAT and Universities

Most undergraduate Medicine and Dentistry pathways require **UCAT ANZ** in the year of application, high academic results, and often an interview. The listed universities on this page cover undergraduate medical and dental entry requirements. The second table lists universities which either do not require UCAT or have other selection criteria.

# **Which universities in Australia do not require UCAT as part of the selection criteria into medicine and dentistry?**

While most undergraduate medical and dental programs in Australia require the UCAT ANZ, there are a small number that don’t (or at least have alternative entry pathways).
