He joined the institute's advisory committee in 2007 as a Health Industry Consultant. By 2009, he had expanded his role to include medical university aptitude workshop facilitation, where his expertise and passion for education began to shine. His commitment to student success became even more evident in 2011 when he became deeply involved in NIE's medical interview training program. By 2014, Zobair had completely revised the interview training curriculum and introduced an innovative interview training workshop, which has since helped countless applicants gain admission to their dream universities and embark on successful careers in medicine and dentistry. In his current role, Zobair works closely with many medical professionals to continually enhance existing programs and develop groundbreaking new ones. His dedication to student success extends beyond academic preparation; since 2021, Zobair has focused on creating programs that provide students interested in a medical career with a deeper understanding of the profession. In 2022, Zobair launched the Future Doctors Australia program, a groundbreaking initiative designed to offer senior school students an exciting opportunity to explore a career in medicine. This program not only aims to inspire young people to pursue a career in medicine but also equips them with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed. Zobair's creative approach and innovative thinking have been instrumental in developing programs that contribute to the professional growth of both future and current doctors.
